This application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") may only be used upon agreeing to the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
The Terms apply to all matters related to the provision and use of the App between the user and the provider.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the provider or rightful third parties. Users may not reproduce, transmit, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit such content without prior permission from the provider.
Minors must obtain the consent of a guardian before using the App. The provider shall not be liable in any way for the use of the App by minors without such consent.
The provider may change the Terms at any time without prior notice to the user, if deemed necessary. Any changes will become effective when displayed within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. However, if mandatory laws of the country or region where the user resides apply, such laws shall take precedence within the applicable scope.
Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the provider, as the court of first instance.
